They should be able to identify a problem, analyse it, and find necessary solutions.

The other principle is the decision of choosing and allocating labour. Employees are specialized in different fields. Therefore, they share work to ensure proper functioning in an organization. This principle helps in ensuring work is done. Another principle is unity of command. This process entails employees receiving orders from the manager. Unit of direction is also present to provide focus and unity.

Another principle is motivation. Employees need to be motivated to ensure high productivity. Other policies include order equity, the stability of tenure initiative, striving for unity and involvement, scalar chain, and the degree of decentralization. Management and power for decision-making should be properly balanced.

Management plays a critical role in society. There is proper utilization of resources. It helps in efficiently utilizing scarce resources. Secondly, it motivates employees and thus it increases productivity and profitability. Employees are motivated by financial services and other incentives by the management. These incentives help improve efficiency and willingness. Thirdly, it helps in the reduction of wastes.

The management uses many ways to reduce human and financial resources through proper production and controlling of the available resources. Managers help to combine all resources in a manner that reduces holding and production costs. Good management facilitates coordination of work. People can perform the required functions and establish a response relationship and accountability.

Managers face some challenges in their day-to-day activities. Team conflicts arise where a manager wants employees to work as a team, but employees are not on good terms. Thus, a manager at times doesn’t want to come in between workers. Burnouts take place when most managers are not given adequate time to relax.
